My workouts don't show up
Gone This Far™ can only see what Apple Health allows it to read. To check:
- Open the Health app and tap your profile picture at the top right.
- Under Privacy, tap Apps, then Gone This Far.
- Tap Turn On All.
- Back in Gone This Far™, go to Settings, tap Health Access Help, then Reload from Apple Health.
My totals look too high
If more than one app saves your workouts to Apple Health (for example, Apple Watch and Strava), the same run can be stored twice. Gone This Far™ merges these automatically. Make sure Settings → Merge duplicate workouts is on.
Why does my 5K count look so big?
By default, any run from a 5K up to about 4 miles counts as a 5K effort. Choose Strict under Settings → Race matching to count only runs close to the exact distance.
Can I try it without workout history?
Yes. Tap Explore with Sample Data on the empty screen or in Settings to see every feature with seven years of made-up workouts. Your real data isn't affected.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. Everything is processed on your iPhone, and Gone This Far™ never writes to Apple Health. See the privacy policy for details.
